STB Black Screen or Blocked

MAC address didn’t add to the subscription or Removed
For MAG boxes to work, it’s required to add MAC to the IPTC subscription. What is the MAC address in MAG devices? IPTV subscription is easily editable by the dashboard provided by IPTV providers. The dashboard is very useful and must ask your IPTV provider for it.
What if you add a wrong MAC address

Expired Line

Solving this Issue
One of the main reasons for this issue is the lack of an internet connection. But what if your internet connection is working right. There are some other reasons also that can indicate this error to pop up. Firstly, check that the Ethernet Cable has a valid connection through the STB and router.
The LAN light on the router must be on at all times. The backside of the box must have 2 lights, a green and orange one. To be lit all the time. This indicates a healthy internet connection. If any of the light is not working than there must be some issue in the cable.
After trying all these things, if the error still occurs. The best solution is to unplug the router and set up the box. Plug the router cable right away. While it is recommended to wait two minutes after plugging in the STB power cable.
If the distance between the setup box and the ethernet line is more than some meters. It is best to see the lights on the socket. If you see any issue , it is best to reset the router.
Once all the lights are up and running. reboot the setup box too. Still, if the STB is stuck on the loading screen. It is best to make sure that the LAN light is lit on the front.
